★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my sofa on 20th of feb 2021. They sent the piece in may after reminding them 100 times. Sadly the piece wasn’t upto to the mark and I had to call them again 100 times to get it repaired. After literally calling every day for several months, they picked it up for repair in Sept 2021. I feel a good 15 days is reasonable time to get the repairs done, so I didn’t bother them then. It’s been almost 15 days that they said my sofa is ready and I have been chasing them to get the piece back, but the staff is master at dodging calls and ignoring it’s customers. The only thing luxurious about this store is their staff acting pricy and not getting the job done. highly highly disappointed.
Editing on 28/03/2022: the fact that their team replied me after 6 months of writing this review tells how prompt their service is. Also, they contacted me to delete this review which I am obviously not doing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a nightmare after buying a sofa from them they told they will get the legs customised to my colour desire but after 6 months and 100 calls its not done they simply dont want after sales service better to avoid as you need proper after sales service for furniture be aware just avoid this shop at all cost

Got my new house in kharghar year back ' so on my friend advice.I made a visit to the G&C Casa showroom which has an impressive display and beautiful collection .The enviroment was very professional ,staff are polite ,helpful and attentive.
I would highly recommend to anyone out looking for classy and unique home furnishings .
Thanks G&C for giving my house a ellegant new look .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we went to Bhiwandi for some good Furniture and G & C has some really good stuff …We found some stuff little over priced and they have huge showroom for display. Good place to look for Sofa Set, Center Table, Tea Table, Home Decor, Beds etc…you can check this place once if you are planning to buy furniture.
