★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and Still struggling. We got interiors of our new home done by #Living Concepts and it was the worst decision. Our house got completed in March'20, not up to our expectations and with struggles. the worst thing was we were given an oversized bed in one of our rooms with the confirmation to change it with 3-4 days it has been 10 months now. Part due to lockdown the bed could not be changed however we are chasing @Umair since July and he and his team at #Living concepts Bhiwandi is committing every week to deliver. Now he has stopped reverting to our phone calls. They have our double bed, dressing table, center table and a side table for kitchen. Requesting everyone to pass on the message to Umair to call us and complete our work at the earliest. this is very unprofessional. Faced very very bad customer experience with @Living Concepts #Living Concepts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad furniture and service.. while selling they will be so sweet and will say they will adhere to timelines but later on they kept on delaying and finally sent so worst quality furniture with zero( i really mean it) zero finishing furniture.. bed making noise.. sofa making noise.. gums left out everywhere... painted white colour wherever they felt this gone wrong.. fixed it with paints...sunmica has so so much scratches... totally hopeless... extremely bad decision to purchase our furniture from living concept.. we totally lost trust...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got the entire woodwork done for our new flat by living concepts. What stands out is the great designs and the ability to customize as per our tastes and themes. Umair of Living concepts has to be applauded for his always positive and can do attitude.
The team is good and quality of work is great.
Highly recommended!!

We purchase 3 seater lounger sofa with cushions. Was not made as per order and also poor quality workmanship. The storage sunmica was not properly pasted. Initially the one side hand rest was not made later upon insisting was made but no good quality.
No solid support such as ply was provided at the bottom of head rest box, the box bottom is covered with only cloth and the Leg supports provided there was broken when shifting into our house.
Cushions also were not made as per the requirements.
The sales person promised and still promising to send the carpenter to repair, but carpenter is not yet sent and the reparing of sofa yet to be done.

So here goes my extremely disgusting experience at this store.
I bought a sofa and a dining table (with 2 chairs and a bench) from here. While we were at the store for our purchase, another customer had come complaining about his defective sofa. He was sent away without any compensation. We should have taken a hint then but we somehow didnt. The salesperson Ali assured us of full after sales service and 1 year warranty. Now this Ali is a big time thief and he shows people his real face after the purchase. Below is my experience:
1. My old furniture was to be taken back for which they were supposed to pay me Rs. 1500. I have not received my money till today even after innumerable followups. I decided to let go off it.
2. The wood used for the dining table is so substandard that it started showing cracks within the first 3 months. I sent photos of the cracks to Ali and he did nothing about it.
3. One leg of the sofa cracked within the next 2-3 months. I just ignored it because i had given up on them.
4. The most harrowing experience came after 10 months when one day the entire back-rest of the bench broke. I called Ali. He first asked me to get the bench to the shop myself for which I naturally refused. He refused to send someone to pick it up. All this while he accused me of lying saying that the bench must have broken due to falling. I dont know how can a bench fall! Finally he showed his true colours and plainly refused to do anything about it.
We realised our mistake after shelling out more than 50,000. Sharing this to help other people avoid the same.
