Everything is above board and complete documentation is taken in advance so that you avoid last minute issues. Everything is managed by mail which makes things transparent and clear with no room for miscommunication. Above all everyone in their team is available to help you at any time as they understand how stressful it is for the owners to move their pets. Vinayak has been very helpful and everyone in the team is very supportive in the entire process.

Furry Flyers understands this and makes all the procedures easy minus the complications. Our pet child's travel from Mumbai to Singapore was stree free and Furry flyers took care of all the documents,paperwork and everything else related to it. They are always ready to cater to the queries and concerns. They are prompt with their replies which is the best thing about them. Working with Vinayak,Rajesh and Manisha was one of the best experiences ever! Thanks to the Furry Flyers team our pet child's relocation worked out smooth and she reached safely! They took me through every step of the process and were always on hand if I had any questions or problems. I literally couldn't have done it without their help. Their team is very friendly and accommodating. Timely answers and support at each step. They even helped us with a pet taxi to drop off me and dog to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transported 3 cats from Mumbai to Montreal via Qatar airways in Oct 21. It was a nervous time for the entire family but Furry Flyers made it so much easier! Vinayak was always proactive with information and answers to any questions I had and as a pet parent I had a lot of them! Rajesh from the Furry Flyers was very helpful too. He does most of the ground work and does it very well! Their paper work is 100%. Also Furry Flyers is very efficient. Their costing is also reasonable and they won't try selling anything that's unnecessary. To anyone considering them as your pet travel agent... I would say go ahead with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew from the very beginning if I was relocating to anywhere in the world, my dog was definitely going with me. I was to move to Scotland in December 2021 and so I contacted Furryflyers in August 2021. My initial interaction was with Manisha, whose knowledge about the entire process of pet relocation took me by awe. But I still needed to make sure that I had the right pet relocation team, so I also had an indepth conversation with Vinayak. He was extremely patient with my questions ( I'm sure there were more than a hundred) and cleared all my doubts. I finally decided to go ahead with Furryflyers to move my pet dog Kyra from Mumbai to Scotland.
The whole process was extremely simple and hassle free.
Throughout the entire process, Manisha, Vinayak and also Rajesh promptly responded to all my emails. The team was present at all times from getting the right size of the crate, the health certificate to the day of departure.
Kyra reached safe and sound on 27th January 2022. Cheers to the team of Furryflyers.
