★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son Priyesh Mehta had to leave his pet a golden retriever JOY here in India due to Covid restrictions. Shyamax helped us send his pet back to Canada safely and yes JOY was happy to join my son after 1 year.
Thank you so much Shyamax for all the help… you are a nice and kind hearted person. God bless you for all that you do to see that these pets are united with their respective families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shymax was our go to person for a process which would have been immensely stressful had it not been for him. We migrated with our 7 cats from Mumbai to Toronto so one can imagine the ordeal it must have been. Shymax was just the most patient, knowledgeable and understanding individual we needed. He would answer our calls, try sort our worries and advice whenever required. I think we were probably his most difficult clients considering the number of fur babies and the pandemic restrictions. I would highly recommend him.

The whole process from start to finish including blood testing, paperwork, customs documentation was seamless. What stood out to me was him going above and beyond to answer my constant queries and provide support over 3 months. Zorro is now safely in London and living it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would 100% recommended Bark traveller to anyone looking to relocate their pets. With a patient, polite and resourceful team, they will take care of you and your fur babies excellently.
After a rude shock from another quite “well-known” pet relocation agency, it was a pleasure to speak to Shyamax from Bark traveller. My pet travel journey with them has been great right since the beginning. They helped me relocate my 2 cats and 1 dog from Mumbai, India to Seattle.
I am a hyper and obsessive pet parent, and Shyamax was understanding and patient with me. He often went out of his way to help out and find options that would make travel for my fur babies easier.
Despite the CDC dog import ban in the US, Shyamax and his team managed bringing my dog to me so smoothly, with correct documentation and solid contacts all across to help guide us perfectly.
I have heard people face issues at the airport with documentation, but that was so well taken care of and my dog was delivered to me right outside the airport. Really impressed!! ??

I am so grateful for having worked with the Bark Traveller, as I was extremely scared to travel with my dog from Boston to Mumbai but they took care of everything and were quick to communicate and answer queries.
