β β β β β I HAD A CHEVROLET CAR AND WHEN I GAVE IT TO SERVICING I TOLD THE COMPLAINTS WHICH ARE ACTIVE IN MY CAR AT PREVIOUS SERVICE THEY TOLD THAT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE SO IN THE NEXT SERVICE WE WILL KEEP ORDER AND WE WILL RECTIFY IT .BUT IN THE SERVICE THEY TOLD THAT THERE ARE NO PARTS.THAT IS OK THEN WHAT HAPPENED IS THEY DIDNOT DO SERVICING AND THEY GIVEN BILL OF RS10000 AND THEY DIDNOT DO ANYTHING INSTEAD SOME PARTS WERE MISSING AND THEY DID SOMETHING TO MY SILENCER THE SOUND HAS CHANGED AND SOME PROBLEM HAS COME TO IT BY YOUR SERVICE PLEASE ENSURE THAT MY PARTS ARE REPLACED FOR FREE IN THE NEXT SERVICE AND ENSURE THAT THIS DOES NOT REPEATS AGAIN

β β β β β They charged 2500/- without doing anything claiming parking charges . Very very bad experience, arrogant management, talks very rude with customer. Spare parts are more than double compared to any outside.donβt go here. You will end up in heavy disappointment.

They eat your money like anything. Even after they get spare part after certain tax they will calculate 28% tax again on everything.
Service charge is too much.
Ex: Just to check whether AC problem is there or not in you car, the price will be 2500.
They include so many spare parts in bill which we canβt verify really in the car. Cashier/Supervisor pretends like helping you but it is just a trap, they impose so many charges. On top of it we need to give at least 1000 rupees extra to workers.
But sadly we donβt have a choice. If you are aware of spare parts, probably booking them online and fixing it with the help of local mechanic would be a better option.
