★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had joined aerobics class by shekar sir ...Its been almost a month I feel very comfortable and he motivates and pushes you to do more ...moreover he concentrates on everyone according to the body needs. My stress gets released after each class I feel so fresh and fit.

The trainer (Mr. Shekar) is energetic and very supportive with his positive attitude. Very innovative thought process of training, quite impressed the way he trains us.
Overall a good feel to boost your enthusiasm and a break from the everyday stress.

Instructor is too friendly (shekar sir)..
Supports you and push you through out the sessions.
He motivates people the right way and also knows which body type needs which or particular exercises.
Attention is given on everyone. Equipments are sanitized after every sessions.
Workouts are very effective.
I strongly recommend people to join and those who are looking for best workout place especially for weight loss as it's too good, effective and fun.
You can see the changes in you,within a month.
