She has counselled me through some really difficult situations and her expertise has helped to deal with stress and anxiety in difficult situations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my problems with Sahana was like sharing with a best friend. She has great patience and a very good listener. I met her when I was in such a point of life where I could hardly think of my next step in life.
From the very first session she could easily figure out what I was going through and helped me find out the problem an solve it with confidence. Like everyone has problems but it all matters on how we deal with it. This is what I learnt from her. She has taught me to handle the issues I had in the best way.
She surely was a blessing in disguise for me. Never felt she was a stranger to me. Thank you so much Sahana.

Sahana is very gentle and cautious in her approach when getting to know and understand her patients and creates a comfortable environment for them instantly. Whether it be in person or over a video call, Sahana succeeds in challenging irrational thoughts and behaviour and insights positive change in her patients. She has personally helped me immensely and I owe a lot of my success and growth to her. With her help, I have been able to relocate and settle down well in a country as well as deal with my depression and anxiety. She has helped me come out of my shell and realise my true worth and confidence. She’s also taught me how to handle conflict better and ways of assertion.

She understands our area of concern and adds her thoughts of expertise to make us understand the situation that we are in at that point of time. I for one had a completely negative outlook towards life and Sahana helped me to recognise it and change my behaviour. I realised how to look for positive in unsettling situations .l am happy and satisfied by her counselling sessions .Thank you for being there.
