I am waiting to get my refund of Rs. 1300 for last 12 days. Sent 5 emails and call customer no. multiple times. No resolution. No one came to collect Router and modem devices. I don't see any hope to get my security. I hope I don't need to go to police to solve this matter.

Very Pathetic internet service provider. Don't ever go with long term prepaid plan because when you don't get proper service they will not refund your money and also not solve the issue you face.
You will be trapped like me.
I paid for one year in advance and daily every 10 minutes WIFI gets disconnected.
Don't get in trap like free offers ot discounted rates.
What would be the benefit of discount and low price if your connection is unstable. You can not use for financial transaction and official meetings and calls.
Visiting engineers are from third party are nearly dumb giving vague statements if they are unable to troubleshoot.

Sales team has no experiance and do baseless commitments. Atitude and response is totally unprofessional.
At the time of sales they will immidiately visit your house, however, for refund they will make you run from pillar to post.

FusionNet Team, I installed 300mbps (T&B Super 300Q_1M) connection on 11th of January’22. It was one month FREE Trail + 15 days referral and then 3 months Advance Rental I paid. Total Amount Paid: 3503 INR & COF Number: 1011000_Convert
I started facing issue with Speed & some apps from Day 1. I reported multiple Incidents with FusionNet Team and during this pandemic situation, I was having Engineer coming for continuous 3 days to fix the problem. 3 routers changed but the problem was unresolved. The issue was with bandwidth resulting in issues with some Kids Study Applications, MS Teams & VPN. Today, we rely heavily on internet and My kids, Myself faced lots of challenges with FusionNet. With no options left,I took decision to disconnect FusionNet.
Issue: When I requested the disconnection of the Connection, FusionNet DENIED to refund my Advance Rental money (3003). They told that I will only get 500 INR as the security refund but they will not refund the advance I paid for Marh+April+May months.
I worked with FusionNet Sales Team but they are helpless and not ready to refund my amount. It is very unfair for ARP refusal as I am asking for the money which I have not used yet. My internet is FREE until end of February. Please help getting my money back.

Totally false commitment via this team and when you ask for a refund without availing any sevice, they will give the excuse that refund will be possible after a month. Totally pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get fooled by their Free Internet Services commitment. They followed up with 3-4 times a day, till I didn't deposit their Security Deposit of ₹ 1200. Once paid, there will be no further customer service from them. Absolutely fraud organisation. Ask them to first complete the installation, before you pay them anything. Otherwise you will remain completely frustrated, just the way I have remained frustrated. Very poor and shabby experience.
