In our society first they charge 5900 rupees on the name of ONT and PNT device
Now they start charge 110 per month on the name of service
So why its not clear when customer purchase flat here

My intercom is not working for last 2 weeks - ONT device needs to be replaced but Parametrique is NOT responding at all!
Customer care team is quite useless, they are there just for opening/closing tickets.
