They provide third class service and their employees are rude..
If you go and ask them about any queries regarding travelling they don't care to answer and say rude things ..
It's says Ac sleeper but there is no ac provided..no charging point no nothing at all..and if asked for any amenities which they have mentioned the employees say how much you want in xxx rs as if we are travelling for free..
