★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder has another apartments "gp north avenue near jakkur lake where all resident are facing lot of problems with leakage, seepage, cracks, poor construction material and designs. After selling flat builder doesn't listen and no cooperation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased flat in GP North Avenue, It is this builder's previous project. There are lot of issues and builder left all pending works and not even responding now. He doesn't have any moral values, Don't fall in trap for his sales mans words. Our complete building has seepages. These seepages just after one week of purchase.

The builder will try to handover the flat saying we will take care of everything that is pending and after that does not bother to fix it and even does not respond to calls or msgs.Please think twice or else you might end up in the same trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased flat in the previous project of this builder. In the new flat i got broken tiles, taps, door. In short it doesn't look like a new flat at all. I feel cheated every day as it has so many other problems. There is seepage prblm, whatever amineties was promised by builder is not there. Before buying the flat the sale persons will give all false promises. And once registration is done he will not even pick the call in one time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had an opportunity to not give a star I would not give even a single star.... The builder gives empty promises and lures you into buying their apartments.
I'd suggest you have a look at their previous projects. GP North on Sampigenehalli is a SHAM - no value for money!!
The builder does not even care to look into the issues and have it resolved, they simply dump the apartment on the buyer and fly away with our hard earned earnings. Lack INTEGRITY!

I am naming this builder's salesmans names here who are the biggest cheaters and cheated us while buying flat.
Prakash - He is the biggest fraud person , don't ever believe him.
Saugat- sales person once the flat is sold he doesn't even pickup our calls
