β β β β β Bought a Hero Xpulse 200 last year. Since then support has been very bad. No spare parts, managers in showroom don't even want to take the order for parts. Have been trying to order rally kit, but it seems that no one in the showroom even knows what it is. Giving one star because the showroom is only good at selling you the bike and then you are on your own or with local mechanics.
