★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TVS two wheeler showroom at Krishnanagar. It is in front of Rabindra Bhavan and very closed to Holy Family School. Negetive point is they don't have card swiping machine or POS system. You need to purchase any TVS bike either by cash or cheque or digital payment. No option for credit card payment.

It was serviced properly and i am full satisfied. Their behaviour is more that what i expected. They returned me the replaced parts/things before i told them to do the same. All over it's a thumbs up and you can give your vehicle for service blindly. Even they take all the safety measures , they sanitize their hands and the vehicle before taking the vehicle and sanitize the vehicle after service. Thumbs up TVS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Mostly I service my bike from local garage. But for first time I visited TVS Krishnanagar service centre. I am the first customer of the day, there was no bike in service centre at all. I requested the service manager, that could I just stand beside the service centre to see my bike servicing. They treated me rudely. Didn't allowed me to enter to the service centre. I have all the rights to see my bike service. Worst experience. Never recommend this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad place. The workers are good. And the management are also good. All type of TVs motorcycle sels here. Service are good. But area of this place so small. Bike parts are not available for all bike and scooter. It is in front of Rathindra bhaban. And besides of district collector office. So its nice.
