★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent party hall which fits around 100+ people. Its USP is location - in the middle of Basavanagudi. Biggest drawback is lack of parking - even the roads around the party hall are small, making it hard to use your cars.

It Doesn't Has Parking Lot.
It Is Small & Can Be Only Used For Birthday Parties.
Ofcourse It Is Pocket Friendly, Because Of It's Size.
The Downside Is,It Doesn't Has Lift.
It Is In The 3Rd Floor, Which Causes Inconvenience To Elderly & Disabled People.
It Doesn't Has Wheelchair Accessible Entrance.
Can Be Seen While Moving In A Vehicle.

The hall is situated in first floor and the dining in second floor. As there is no elevator facility of age people find it difficult to climb stairs.
