Water bill is very expensive, really expensive. This is the one of main reason to leave this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst apartment to stay in. The management is worst and are charging water at the rate of 35 paise per ltr which is the highest in Bangalore.
Owners will only disclose water charges will be as per usage but charging at 35 paisa is just unethical and shocking.
A complaint should be raised on the water charges which is excluding maintenance charges of 2k per month.
Trust me, staying here will give you nightmares!!!
I'll never ever recommend to anyone. They deserve a big zero in terms of just everything
They do not deserve a single star. One of the worst and most horrifying place to stay in.
