★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HATE THIS STORE.THEY DO CHEAT OVER CUSTOMERS.I HAD BOUGHT A GIONNE P7 FROM THEM AND WITH THE NAME OF PAID ANTIVIRUS FOR THE MOBILE THEY JUST SIMPLY LOADED A FREE ANTIVIRUS FROM GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND TOOK 500 FOR THAT .THEY TOOK THE MONEY FIRST AND LOADED THAT IN A DIFFERENT PLACE WHERE WE WERE NOT ABLE TO SEE WHATS THEY WERE DOING.DO CHECK FOR THE DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING THE SAME OR SIMILAR.

I PURCHASED A MOBILE AND WITHIN TWO DAYS FACED A LOT OF COMPLICATIONS THEN I WENT TO THE SHOP ,BUT...OHH..GOD..INSTEAD OF GIVING ANY SOLUTION..OR ANY KIND OF HELP...THEY DIERECTED ME TO THE SERVICE CENTER...MY QUESTION IS WHY ME.??I HAVE GIVEN 15000 AND NOW I HAVE TO STRUGGLE AFTER PURCHASEING FROM YOUR STORE ,..WHY WILL I AND WHY ..WILL YOU NOT..WORST SERVICE EVER..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to ask about the a new battery of my phone(geoni)...one of the stuff (ground-floor section) opened my phone to check and broke the power button while joining the outercase. Now I can't even use my phone as the power button is broken.This incident happened at 2nd sep around 3.45pm. Now who will pay for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop in Kolkata . Does not want to sell the brand you want but will try to sell you oppo and vivo phones as soon as you enter the store . I went for a Mi phone and after the price was finalized i came to know that they will not provide a GST bill just a hand written bill which is a big no no sign for me . There is a scam going on here they are selling phones on black with increased prices of 2-3 k extra without bill . I didn't buy the phone after i came to know about all this and walked straight out . AVOID/IGNORE THIS SHOP AT ALL COST IF U DONT WANT TO LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND AVOID THEIR SUGGESTIONS AT ALL COST . PRICES ARE HIGHER BY 2-3 K WHEN U COMPARE IT TO ONLINE PRICES . I'd give negative stars if it was an option .
