★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. I am satisfied with the service and repair within stipulated time.
But it is quite tricky to find the store. Who are new to this place, please remember that it is above the appollo pharmacy.
Another important point is, they will only register name upto 3 pm. However, delivery time is 3 to 4.30 pm.

No coordination no discipline
I had to wait 1 hour just for a data cable and they just ask to sit .
And when you question the staffs they are rude as hell ... Soo rude and straight forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre of oppo....these female staffs are not professional. They have no knowledge of Android phones. I had a issue with power button and my screen had a crack, so, they were like you need to change the screen first then we can solve the power button problem. They pretend like they know everything!

My name is Sajal Majhi , today visited in Dalhousie OPPO Service center , and I have face problem in my earphone oppo w31 so service team very careful and helpful because my earphone submitted by Dalhousie service centre and replace a provide new earphone oppo enco air2 pro i am very satisfied for this , and oppo enco air2 pro just wow experience. Love you OPPO.. ?
