road connectivity with all basic needs shops are coming in the frontage. Good to go..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my dream house here in 2018, builder is nice but not the staff. Lot of miscommunication. 5-6 relationship executives left since I booked. I cancelled my booking in Jan 2020 and executive commited refund in 90 days but it's been almost 2 years with multiple follow up/requests and still struggling to get entire refund. Raised complaint in RERA and National consumer affairs.
Please book if you wish to block your "Mehnat Ki Kamai"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been searching property from long time and finally decided to invest my hard earned money in GAGAN AVENCIA project. the most important good point with this project is LOCATION.
I visited the site multiple time and Thanks to Mr SuperMan ( Varun - Sales Head), he attended me and my questions very politely, clarified all doubts and most important thing is that he is very clear with his thoughts and explains well about the project.
I am happy till date and hoping that possession will be at promised time.
@Varun - Thanks for all your endless efforts.... keep it up... this is what a customer look from sales while dealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Son booked a 2BHK here. By looking at location & amenities on paper we impressed and decided to settle here. Looks like this builder has NO Words. Changed possession date multiple times and still there's no hope. They were always befind my Son and push a lot for more payment. Sales folks are amazing in selling.
I suggested my Son to start legal procedures but he in IT and busy always.
Think 100 times before the booking here and be ready for legal actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an under construction residential cum commercial project by Gagan developer, a renowned builder of Pune. Commercial building is almost completed & few stores like pharmacy, diary, provisions, gift shop etc. are already opened up now. The USP of this project is it's location, as it's in the mid of Kharadi IT hub, all big IT & Financial MNCs like Barclay, USB, City bank, credit Sue's, EON IT park are in 500 Meters radius.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numerous negative feedbacks and rumours of litigation issues on the project kept us away for quite a while from exploring this project.
But the fabulous location played its role and we visited. Basis the understanding received rera approval was pending(for 8+ floors) due to which construction was halted and owning to covid situation extension for the project completion is approved from Sep 22 to March 23. I think thats what must have caused the false commitments for those who booked in 2018 or later.
After assessing and validating the current details we happily booked our dream house at Gagan Avencia!
The construction has resumed and speedy progress seems promising to be delivered as mentioned!!
Also since someone mentioned about the paid reviews ;) Just to let you know I have not been paid ? Varun (sales head) of-course is a gem of person and have been recognised by many and truly deserves to be mentioned here. Thanks to the whole team for making this a smooth sale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 3bhk flat today here in Gagan Avencia, after searching entire location this we found the best as compared to other builders here room sizes are decent and also the construction quality is good. It is very close to our office and rental value of this area is also very good. I booked through the channel partner here and I came to know that many false reviews here are given by other builders, so that they can get these bookings. In Kharadi all projects are at very high demand due to the IT hub, and this Avencia location we like very much. We have seen other projects also but possession here is early as compared to all other projects. Was searching in resale also but it is always better to go for a new construction flat. Thanks to entire sales team.

We all know earlier due to some reason this project was delayed but now construction is in full swing.. construction quality and location makes it best choice for all IT professionals who wants to save their time in the traffic.. my all IT clients are happy customer of this project.
