★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No near by market place though they are evolving and public transportation. The area has strange smoke of garbage dump burning sewage smell every day around midnight, I guess this is due to the near by muth a river. The smell is unbearable and u cant keep your windows open especially if wind direction is unfavorable. Apartment are clean and staff is prompt. Parking is pathetic and very small. It is hard to take out and park your car if adjacent parkings are all ready full. The flats does not have full electricity backup. Garden is so small we can't even call it garden. Flats are still empty and rent is arrow d 17k for 2bhk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Close to EON IT Park (EON Free Zone). Location is yet evolving, so expect accordingly. Staff is very responsive. I appreciate it.
ParkView have restrictions to your living. Only one TV service provider. Personal antenna not allowed. Only one Internet service provider, Tikona, You, Hathway etc. Prohibited. PMC water supply only in kitchen. Hard water for other utilities. (My wife started having high hair fall issue due to it.) Recycled stinking water in toilet flush. Maids: They charge sky rocket for low quality service. Instructs us to not provide any feedback for their work. "Kaam kaise karneka wo bataneka nai". Press: would charge 6/clothes for giving you your clothes back. (Un-pressed!). No visitors parking... Not even outside. Carwash.... I used to get a Car and a bike washed for 300+150=450 at good society near Seasons n Amanora Mall (Spring Valley). Here they would charge 500 per car and 250 for bike and quality below standard. You could easily spot dirt upfront on your car immediately after it is washed. Once again. We don't have any option here too. (Maid n Car wash)
Few builders provide UPS backup in each flat. I had one in my previous flat. This doesn't. I faced all this in just 2 months span of my stay. Feels like you don't have freedom to live in your own home.
There few Pros too, but for me these cons are overwhelming. I'll need some time to digest them before I could lay down Pros. Maybe I'll update my review later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good society with Prompt Security and Housekeeping. Good Food Joints just walkable distance. Medicine Store, Grocery Store just in Apartment Complex. Walkable Distance from EON and WTC. New PMC park is coming up opposite to Gera Parkview

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that it's a good place to stay but here are the CON's
1) The committee members here are absolutely useless and good for nothing
2) The committee consists of Uneducated, Unprofessional & biassed North Indians
3) There won't be water in your flush or bathrooms for weeks and no one will care
4) There won't be power most of the nights but they will only call a local electrician (Not the electricity board)
5) Society Generators are being used to light up committee members houses
6) Society funds are used to built furnitures in their houses by committee members
7) Decisions made during society meetings (Which rarely happens) are imposed on all other members, by force
8) They will threaten you with legal action if you object, retaliate against any decisions made by committee members
9) Security will ensure your parcels or food deliveries always end up in the wrong flat, despite of calling you on the intercom prior to delivery
10) They have a tie up with Airtel for television. They give less channels, for abnoxious prices, you don't have a choice but to take it
11) Petrol will start disappearing the moment someone cleans your car
12) Society has plants all around, they only get watered once a month
Agents will bring you here all the time considering the higher rent amount which makes up their commissions. Most of the good reviews below are not from residents, these are agents who want to lure you here.
Consider the above points before moving in here. I myself stay on rent here and will be moving out well before my agreement ends. My house owner himself confessed that he doesn't stay here because of the pathetic managing committee they have here.
