Mega Pro Football Academy - Pune

My kid has gone to a few academies in Pune for training and I wouldn't like to take their name. This academy Mega Pro is the only one I have seen where their coaches put in so much detail into training the players. Their professionalism starts right from the warm up till the cool down

Mega Pro are one of the few select academies in the country who have a set process and pathway for players to get trained so that they do well in their own age group consistently. This is because they have separate independent coaches for different age groups and they encourage matches against older kids a lot

Having watched their training sessions, I am confident that their training sessions are the best you can find in the whole of Pune. An accumulation of passion from players, detail put in by coaches, quality of the playing pitch and availability of equipment definitely makes them a place where all aspiring footballers should go.

I would like to share my review for Mega Pro as I have seen a tremendous transformation after joining Mega Pro. "*Coach : Ryan Sir*" - He is very passionate coach. He is very tough when it comes to training and gets the best out of the trainees and focus every minute / sec on the ground. - He is very active on the ground all the time, as opposed to I had Ayushi train under other coaches/centers where the coach are just active for few minutes and they don't watch the students practice or play and hence are not in a position to guide them or work on to improve the skills. - He uses various innovative teaching aids which I did not find with any centers which helps to build various skills , strength , agility etc. - He has various sessions during the training or after the training to guide the trainees where they need to buck up or improve.. he makes sure you improve else he would be on your back all the time pushing you ... - He ensures all the trainees get equal opportunity to play matches and earn their spot in the match and does not differentiate between a girl or a boy , treats them equally with equal toughness. - Overall he is a great coach and hard to find such coaches in India he is at par with Foreign coaches with respect to knowledge , skills and coaching techniques.. "Improvement in Ayushi" - Ayushi joined Mega pro and she was below average player with poor shoots , no proper knowledge about soccer but love to play soccer. - We tried many coaching centers and were not happy with coaching ... but finally we came to know about Mega Pro and gave it a try. - After joining saw a dramatic improvement in Ayushi with respect to below skills a. Fear of collision with other players , fear of Ball hitting you .. She is now "fearless" and have become very "aggressive" and "Attacking" player. b. Earlier she was waiting for the ball to come to her.. now she approaches towards the ball and tries to take possession of it. c. Earlier she never used to call for any ball .. But now her "calling skills" which is very important in soccer has improved and see her shouting in the ground during the matches. d. Her defence was very weak, opponent used to get pass her very easily. Now it is very difficult to get pass her and it has become very strong. e. Her passing skills have improved a lot and she now understands where and how to pass in various situations. f. Her positioning skills have improved quite a lot as earlier she had zero positioning skills and hence her ball possession or getting a pass was dim and goal scoring opportunities were minimal due to this .. g. Now she has become more confident and carry a footballer attitude.... Overall we are very happy to find *Mega Pro* and *Ryan Sir* , and I without any hesitation highly recommend Mega Pro who want to make a career in Football ( Soccer).

It has been a phenomenal experience working with Ryan on this project, where we develop young talents and provide the best in class coaching to kids, underprivileged as well and that too without any CSR funding. We hope and work towards a smarter approach to Football development each day, and despite being a young academy are one of the best in Pune (wrote one of the best to maintain modesty, to be honest). #goMegaPro

My child went for one class but we could not continue thereafter due to timings clashing with school. Their coach Archis Sir did an unbelievable job in coaching so many children of varying ages and abilities and ensuring that they all enjoy the training, learn something new and he had a very young assistant coach who was giving very good individual attention to all players. Looking forward to putting my son back there once school timings get adjusted

I would like to take notice of their coach Sid Sir. My kid played for his school at a good level but it was only when he trained under Sid Sir that I realized how much more he has to learn. Sid Sir pointed out so many tiny mistakes in his game that a layman wouldn't notice and he then gave solutions on how to rectify those mistakes. I noticed an instant improvement in my son's confidence, fearlessness and control of the ball

Excellent coaching staff who provide quality training. If you have a kid who is passionate about football, then look no further! The academy is looking for really dedicated players who want to make it big in this sport. A great environment for young players to learn soccer skills, develop their potential and learn about team work. Highly recommended.
