★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No 24 hour water supply unlike in proper vasai evershine. And a very low maintained place in a decent enough neighbourhood. Much better than Nallasopara, could be better with some educated people to take control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited complex several time as my relative lives there. Located at very promising location, where we get taxi , auto any time. Surrounded by good societies nearby. Nice place for kids to play. Only issue is that there is no guest parking space. Well maintained society with all amenities.Good connectivity with other parts of Nallasora as well as Vasai. Nearby big food joints/ restorents, marriage/ party halls, icecream parlours, super markets etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good space and design and overall infrastructure is good and from here all shopping places are near and it is just aside of fire station and here a mall is present near it so no worry of shopping and below the complex there is dominos and other good selling brands so no worry of buying food and stuff but the only problem here is that it is far from main mumbai..

Very good garden and children space area.
1 bhk,2 bhk,3 flat system available.
Flats are spacious and with good ventilation.
Lift 24 hours available.
shops for all requirements available just below the apartment.
Its very nice society to stay.
Rent for 1 bhk now is between 8 to 10 thousands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Society, With 9 wings and 3 Gardens, very spacious Society for parking,
Gardens are above Parking, and Very Low rates For flat for any one to Buy,
and for rent is very Convenient for 1 BHK it is something 10 to 12K for renting flats. Electricity Problem is there but society has there own Inverter which provides Electricity when Light failure is there. water issue is not there that much.
