★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful apartment complex set in Vasai (E). Doesn't have swimming pool and gymnasium inside the complex. But it's perfect in every sense. Contains 1 & 2 BHK apartments spread over 25 Wings (A-Y) and 5 buildings. Has good parking facilities for 2 & 4 wheelers. All are 7 floor buildings with lifts.
Has 24X7 water facility and Power backup for Common services. You might need an inverter with a 180Ah battery for your home as Vasai is prone to power cuts.
There is CCTV coverage in every building and fingerprint entry system into every building. There are multiple security personnel at each of the 4 entrance gates (2 for vehicles and 2 for pedestrians) into the complex. There are also security personnel for each wing who record every single entry and exit 24X7. It's quote safe.
There are walkways on the inside for people wanting to walk or jog. There are quadrangles inside with seating - like a garden area - with children play area, an indoor netted field for sports activities, etc. There are also festivities celebrated together as a complex and there is a very good atmosphere during those occasions.
You have hospital right next door, multiple clinics at walking distances (within 300-400 metres), gymnasium right opposite a gate, a local railway station within 1 Km, so many shops within 500 metres. You get virtually everything from within walking distance.
Overall, it's an excellent choice for small families and working people.

Very poor quality of construction.
Agents says 24 hours VVMC water but water tankers are used everyday with unhygienic water which will increase your maintenance and your hospital bills.
Politics in committee members regarding rules and regulations.
Find some better place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and well planned and gated complex comprising of 25 buildings. They are further subdivided into two phases, Phase-1 which has buildings from L to Y and Phase-2 which has buildings from A-K.
Complex has ample of green spaces, beautifully maintained small garden, huge Turf ground which is open for activities from 7am to 7pm, Amphitheatre for various functions. Every flat has Video door and intercom facility provided by the builder. Bathrooms are spacious with jaquar fittings, modular Kitchen with storage, and flower beds in each room
Lifts are small for each wing, but in working condition. Security is adequate- could have been better but we do have few loyal and old security personnel whom we rely on, thats a plus. Water is a major issue here, as we are used to 24*7 water supply. though there are borewells, but water is not sufficient and we have to thus rely on tanker water. Oc not yet received- but will get bmc water soon. That should ease some burden.
This complex has Sewage Treatment Plant which treats waste water and that treated water is used in flush tanks. Overall a great complex to live, even when maintenance is on the higher side- its worth the amenities??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Spacious .. great for parties.. can hold more than 50 ppl easily .. Flooring was a lil slippery which can be dangerous considering women love to wear heels at parties .
The place is available in a Residential Building.

The location and the thoughtful construction is very convenient and helpful.
