★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very hard to get to the flat. It sits on top of a hill with a road in horrible condition. I pity any vehicle that has to deal with that access road more than once. However, once inside, it's much better. There's parking space, the society is well managed and its easy to find on maps. If that road was constructed, this would be a great place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a citadel of miseries. Illegal construction, builder under litigations, society pinned by water mafia and local corporator. Looks like a ghostly town with no facilities. Good for students to spend some chillaxing hostel memories here.

But the problem is the route is not good to reach this place. Road's are not in good condition.
