★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service plz don't cheat to others I booked ticket INDORE to KOTA. but Bus not come and I trouble on way. and my money not refund by gagan. and when I called to travel agency no. they didn't attend my call. and said never bus after 9.30
and I had very important official work. but gagan fraud to me so I will case fill against gagan tourist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is neat and clean. The overall service is good but only problem is with the timing. The bis did not reached at destination on time and it seems it never reach on time as mentioned. The bus was late approximately by 1 hr.
