★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst builders possible. Even after paying maintenance on time 24hr water facility is not given. Property tax is unpaid due to which tmc officials sealed the pump house. This does not affect the builder but causes a great deal of suffering for residents. All positive reviews that is seen below are not from residents.Unprofessional behaviour by not attending official meetings with TMC and society. I dont know about his other projects but Bhoomilawns is worst affected due to this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pathetic Builder ever seen. We have been with many builders but never faced such worse situation. Even after paying the maintenance on time we are suffering. Basic necessity water is not being provided and now due to un professionalism TMC officials sealed the pump. And the residents staying are suffering. They lack on basics forget about other amenities.
