★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this group to very poor in service and approach. I hold a flat in Paradise Sai Sapphire Ulwe project. The OC is not handed over even after 6 years of handover. The project may end up declared illegal by municipal authorities.
Almost all the flats in all 4 wings are facing leakage issues after handover to residents within 1 year. And the builder is not interested to help the residents.
Very bad experience with paradise group in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best company to work for. HR Team are really up to date and very supportive. Employees from other department are also good and supportive. Lively environment in office and i would love to recommend people to join Paradise Group. Salaries on time and not much issue with the shift timings as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is pretty good and responsive until the deal is closed which means the agreement is signed after that things change drastically, you will suddenly receive a letter within a week stating an interest is charged because you didn’t make payment on time even though the agreed to clear payments during deal was 3 months.
Post that once the final agreement was signed, builder failed to clear the pending dues which was billed prior to the deal.
This guy named Rajan is so professional that you call him every time he states that he will call you but you will never receive a call.
It’s been 2 months that I have been following up for maintainence due from builder but no luck.
Worst people I have worked with till date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the project no doubt is very good, however the staff is not responsive, they don't pick up calls, do not attend to queries of customer. management has take a serious note of it, before it losses customer faith.

But rest assured the management(including Amitji) is always ready to go the extra mile to satisfy its costumers, Special mention to Mr. JEETHU PUNJABI from their sales team, he is always ready to help and no serious costumer will ever be unhappy with his costumer service. Kudos guys and best of luck….
