★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visit on ur company bus RJ18pb1147 pathankot to Bathinda .. first they have charged extra money like 700 fair for single person .. another hand I saw that they have to takeotake only RS 400 hire Pathankot to Hanuman garh .. if ask to conductor he start to give me abuse .. it's better I will stay at pathankot .. atleast some body don't insult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by gajraj travels never expected this kind of service in bus conductor behiveour was very bad. Traveling charging was 1.5 times more than as per regular charge decided by government.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior is bad, not arriving at a time, charging socket and light is not working, use cigrate regular, not wear mask, social distances rule is not follow, total time waist, money waist, so don't travel in this bus. And without any valid reason stop 25-30 minute, agar aisa hi chalta raha toa legal action lena pad sakta h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conductor misbehaved and very rude , we travelled from pilani to Mehsana on 07-01-2022 and when asked conductor where bus will take stoppage for washroom he said that Videsh se ho kya ptah nahe hai kya ki kaha rukege , he was not announcing anything and was very bad in his duties. These type of conductors are making bad image of Gajraj travels. Kindly give them training how to behave with passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tottaly dissapointed by gajraj bus services. I was travell jaipur to pathankot i booked an sleeper but the bus conductor say that u have to sit in down birth seat. His behavior was so rude and he also charge me for ludged. Never travel in gajraj bus services.
