★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service I have ever seen. Negative approach by staff and others. Better to walk rather than opting Gajraj. Condition of buses are worst than local buses. Public transport is far better than Gajraj. Think twice before booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and very bad staff members. Dishonest person are there. They always try to snatch money from the customers. Very bad. I paid luggage fare ₹600 and they didn't give me slip or voucher of the transaction. They kept the money directly in their pocket. Also threatened me to not give the luggage if I asked them to give me the bill. i will never travel with this bus service and never let travel anybody in my relatives. God will Punish for the misdeeds one day. Specially the office staff Ravindra and Dinesh they are so bad person and never behave well with customers
