★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service - kept on pressurizing to take the the delivery despite knowing that the work was in process.
Packaging - improper transport vehicle. Did not cover the furniture at all despite being aware of the weather conditions. Open tempo.
Extremely poor delivery - 3hrs delay than the scheduled time. 5-10-15mins the only thing they kept saying. Extremely, extremely poor response.
Oh top of waiting for 3hrs for the good to be delivered, the delivered goods were dirty, full of dust. The blue and grey colour of the sofa had turned brown. As said earlier, because of incorrect packing, the other goods were wet due to rain.
A highly disappointing experience.

That will speak itself how this shop fools the customers.. after several messages and calls also they wont reply.. i had bought sofa with centre table, the quality of centre table was cheap so replaced with 4 dining chairs and these are worst. Its was a big mistake buying furniture from this shop.i wuld not refer any one to spend money in this shop . My friends were planning to buy furnitures and looking at the quality they cancelled. No more purchase from galaxy furniture in my whole life .these guys didnt even thought that they wuld loose several customers by selling cheap products and bad service.During selling he was talking big shot about warrenty, guarantee, service and quality. Now owner says, google pe daalo mujhe call maat karo...
