I had such a high perception brand image for phonewale.. all gone now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fraud shop...as at the time of accepting MI A1 for screen replacement phone;t were told less cost of repairing is 1500 and at the time of delivery they said that the actual price of reparing is 2450 we would never offer at this price i.e.1500 check our order book and etc etc .., at the time of accepting phone says yes yes yes....etc etc and at the time of delivery says no no no... you were wrong we are not serving at this price.i.e.1500 to any customer any showing papers of bill... Don't visit this shop at any cost. And finally the behaviour is very rude all staff members get togather and argueing to one person and yelling on it. They are not accepting their mistake.
DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP AT ANY COST, RELIEF ROAD MARKET IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS... THEY ARE HONEST MORE THAN THIS TYPE OF SHOP BECAUSE THEY ARE UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER IS GOD BUT THIS TYPE OF BIG SHOP OWNERS HAVE EGO, MONEY POWERS ARE THEIR.
#MIxiaomi should take action on this as ultimately the brand value effect.
