★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three of us apartment owners in Sobha Palladian had got Kumar and Chitra of Galaxy to do wooden sliding doors for the balconies of our ground floor apartments. The initial experience including workmanship, installation were all good. Subsequently we began having problems with the locking mechanism for which Kumar is unable to provide a permanent fix. Sadly it is now at a point where he does not even respond to calls or messages. The doors he installed are not lockable anymore and effectively that's Rs. 65000 that I paid gone to complete waste. Looks like I will have to find another vendor to fix what Kumar and Galaxy started but could not complete properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a blind fixed at my home. The channel started having issues within 2 weeks. They send a person couple of times to fix but the issue never got fixed. I have been following up to replace with new channel and I would pay again for the same. My repeated follow up for 4 months and still the channel has neither been fixed not replaced. I would get false promises that someone would come but that never happened. If you are looking at good service after you buy something, this is not a recommended place.
