Decfort - have done the interiors for my new flat at Ayyaapa Nagar, KR Puram and handed over the flat on the committed date. I am feeling highly satisfied practically not only by aesthetic but also quality. Decfort people are kind enough in addressing all your queries and adopt to the plan changes I have suggested and share in 3D designs in real quick time and executed the same plan with no flaws. I gave them the key and they returned the key with ready to move in state which provided a peace of mind.

Very good and timely service. My flat was handed over within a month at Prestige lakeside habitat. Designs were very good. Good thing about this interior company is that owner is directly getting involved and helping in all minute things also. I am very much satisfied and will recommend to others also.

Mr.Hasim had gave warm welcome to me and explained the various great project of theirs and Mrs.Nasareen had gave clear view about my project. All the design team members are highly professional and friendly.I would like to mention specially about Miss.Oviya who is the 2-D designer of my project had made awesome 2-D designs and also she responded to all my queries and rectified it immediately. I visualised the real feel on good 3-D designs of Mr.Jamsheer. The design team had gave different new ideas that attracted me so much. Big kudos to the design team. Next I would like to talk about working team they had made same thing in real which I visualised in 3D designs. They started my project two months back, even in this COVID-19 pandameic time they completed the project within time. Last but not least I would like to mention about cost, which is within my budget and the work is cost effective. Thank u DECFORT and Mr.Hasim and Mrs.Nasareen for this good work.

I had taken services of Decfort for interior design of my newly bought 3BHK house. We wanted understated, functional utilitarian design that suited our aesthetic tastes. From day one when I visited them, I realised that Nasreen and Hashim have very good grip on what they are doing. First meeting was eight hours long ,keeping every one well caffeinated at their office. They we had two more, much smaller meetings. They patiently listened our though process, agreed on some and then also suggested better alternative solutions yet still adhering to our aesthetic tastes. It felt highly collaborative endeavour. Once the work started, they had asked for 45 working days, but they finished at least one week in advance. There was constant update on what's app group about progress of the work, asking for design changes if required, approvals, pic updates. Rayees was our dedicated site manager who ensured that all the material was delivered in time and men delivered services with good workmanship. I am very much impressed with their quality of service and professional behaviour. We felt good that we were in safe hands. I have heard and seen many horror stories about interior design firms. But these guys are an exception. They delivered what they said and that too before time and without compromise on the the quality.

For me and my family, DECFORT is a team who has turned our empty flat into a beautiful abode which gives us immense satisfaction. We are happy that we didn't make a wrong choice by choosing them. We got the reference of DECFORT from my friend whose interior was done by them 2 years back. It was quite an impressive work. So, when we bought our flat in Prestige Royale Gardens, we immediately requested my friend to share DECFORT's contact. We spoke with Mr. Hashim, took appointment and visited DECFORT office in the middle of Nov'20. We talked to him for more than 4 hours on that day even though we were not even sure whether we would go ahead with them. I guess DECFORT was always in the back of our mind without a second thought. But we still checked with two of the well-known brands and understood that Hashim has already given us the best price. Both, quality and price were in their favour. We then, without wasting any more time, decided to go ahead with DECFORT. We had multiple rounds of discussions about our requirements, designs, our confused interests and finally fitting that within the budget. Each discussion in their office was going on forever. Every time we had visited DECFORT office, we spent 5-6 hours either with Mr. Hashim or Ms. Nasareen. I guess they feared to call us at the end. ? Jokes apart, they were very patient and friendly to listen to us and advise us in the right direction. They were always insisting us to think the quality aspect. Sometimes, they agreed to our views and other times they discouraged our ideas with valid justifications. Nasareen was regularly sharing the pictures of work in our Whatsapp group. We didn't have to visit our flat too many times. But whenever we visited, we were very happy. The satisfactory part was that every time we saw new stuffs. Carpenters diligently followed the 2D and 3D designs given to them by Hashim and Nasareen. This team is very professional. They’ve developed a process where chances of error are very less. They don’t waste time sitting over one thing. They were always open to discussions. Nasareen had mentioned that we could avail 3 design changes and we took the liberty of all 3 changes. ?. I must say that we took more time to provide our consent on few occasions. Nasareen was literally chasing us to conclude which was obviously required to finish the project on time. All of their staffs are very cordial - Oviya, Sai, Jitender bhai, Chandan and Nagraj are to name a few. All's well that ends well. We've got our flat on time as promised by DECFORT. We could move in as planned. A BIG thanks to DECFORT. Anyway, this long-standing relationship doesn't end here. They support their customers even after the project is delivered. I am sure they’ll not disappoint us. Customer satisfaction is given utmost importance by Hashim and Nasareen. I realised it multiple times during this project. Just before the flat was handed over to us, Hashim was there at the site with his team for complete 2 days to ensure that things are in place. Unbelievable! They mentioned few times it’s their passion. I believe it truly is for them. It reflects in their work and behaviour. I and my family are glad to write this review as Mr. Hashim, Ms. Nasareen and their staffs deserve it for their excellent job. This nice team has made us happy. I wish them all the best for their success in their line of business.

We had a very pleasant experience with the Decfort team. They were really kind and very professional throughout the execution of the interior work for our flat. They helped us in every stages starting from the designs to the selection of laminates and so on. They were patient and attentive to our queries and concerns. If you are looking for interior designers who will put their heart into designing and executing home interiors, then you need to go with Team Decfort. Our search for interior designers for our 4 BHK started in Jan. We went from talking to carpenters directly to some corporate home interior designers. But were not getting the right vibes from anyone. We were concerned about quality, approachability and availability of people during entire process, unwillingness to accommodate our customised needs. Basically the comfort factor and connect was missing. Sometime during Jan end, we were referred to Decfort by one of my close relatives. Our first meeting was my site (which normally a corporate designer does not do). It took us almost a week before we realised that Decfort had all the ingredients that we were looking for - transparency, comfort factor, value for money and personal and dedicated connect. Hashim and Nasreen made us very comfortable, explained their entire process and plan. My wife felt that Nasreen could understand her mind and they established a good rapport. Hashim and I mostly focused on materials, execution etc. They were quite transparent about the whole process.They told that for the flat of our size it will take 2 months to design and approx same time to execute. We had multiple meetings (a couple of late nighters in their office too) during the design phase. Nasreen and Hashim go all the way to ensure that there is no ambiguity. They provided us the first design in around 15 days and we went through 4-5 revisions based on our discussions. Best part is you dont only get 2D design but 3D also. So, its easy to visualise. I was also apprehensive about the difference in design vs end product. They assured me that end product will look better than the design and frankly they lived upto this. They also provide 5 years free AMC (post execution service like wood materials, craftmanship). Our work got stopped due to lockdowns but Hashim ensured the right workforce availability post lockdown. Our flat was delivered to us within the promised timeframe (adjusting for time lost due to lockdown) and better than what we saw in 3D designs. Apart from Hashim and Nasreen, I would like to mention Oviya & Deepika (who put my hours rendering 2D and 3D CAD designs). Ismail, carpenters Jitendar, Chandan and Jeetu who had been with us in this journey and did their work diligently. You can refer to few pics posted below to get a glimpse.
