β β β β β Time took was more than my expectations, There is no cafeteria inside the service center, and no restro or food shops nearby so service centre must have some counter for snacks and cold drinks etc on paid basis.

β β β β β It seems no person is dedicated to his work assigned to him. The person who issued job to us was too busy with other works, intermittently doing our work, no proper response to us, he was busy in his phone calls and writing whatever he thought. Since last three regular service i hv paid more than Rs 150000. Everytime they say its important service and you have to pay. The parts which were working before coming to service station stop working when vehicle reaches the service center. Not at all a good experience with this service center.

β β β β β 12 years of Toyota ownership and vehicle servicing at Galaxy Toyota has always been a good experience. My vehicle is looked after service engineer Mr. Raj Kumar who is always ready to go extra mile to assist. Overall a very good experience.

The staff worked beyond their limits to keep the flag of Brand Toyota up and high.

Nice and well behaved staff.
Easily accessible.
Parking is available.
Restrooms and entertainment area well maintained.
Most imp - They listen to your problems well, rectify any problem communicated by you and won't question if you tell them to do something again if not satisfied.
You can see your car getting serviced, washed, parts being replaced standing nearby there (won't recommend this unless it's unavoidable on your part as it makes the working staff over conscious)
Cons:
Service takes more time than stated by them or shown on toyota app.
PS: if you aren't satisfied with anything (no matter how small that issue is), feel free to tell your service advisor, they will happily take care of it.
