★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Charanjeet Singh the manager of this place treats my vehicle as it belongs to him , being from service industry I can tell that he puts his soul in his work , feel great that he is with suzuki , I own gixxer sf 250 and everyone told me that I should not go with suzuki due to lack of service experience but I can proudly say that everyone was wrong , this particular service centre have great technicians which was indeed the shadow of the manager he handles everything's so perfectly that things go smoothly and on perfect time ,hats off to him and his leadership we need more people like him for the biking community

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Charanjeet ji, I got my vehicle serviced at your Sagar Suzuki service center dated on 10th April 2022. I am worried about your team performance as your showroom is best for its work and service.
On 10th April 2022, After service and getting handover, the vehicle one bolt has been missed out from the left side, which i found on the way to karol bagh due to some works and then my scooter got starting problem from the next day. I used to push it in this hot weather on these Delhi's busy road. Then I send my vehicle to nearby area at Dwarka Suzuki and now my problem has been resolved.
But kindly please get back to your performance level as it was ! You are the best people, kindly save you trust !!
