From long run health perspective, its better to avoid international branded packed oils as they have mix of petroleum bye products.

2. Safflower oil is also very good.
3. Gingeley oil is good. Can improve more over texture n aroma.
4. Would prefer getting Sunflower oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our first harvest of groundnuts and decided to make it into oil. After some research on Google, we decided to go to Gana Organic.
Gururaj is very passionate about his work. He is very knowledgeable not only in oil making, he gave us a lot of tips about multi cropping etc.
We took our children to witness the whole process, he let my children do everything. My daughter especially got involved with it and spent a solid 3 hours mixing, removing oil, clearing etc.
We highly recommend this place if anyone wants to buy genuine organic oils.
