★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience here .i would never recommend anybody to ever go to this place .
I brought a Jaguar fitting from this place , and within half an hour I requested them to exchange the fitting as it had come of different size . The salesman behaved in the most rowdy manner and refused to change in as it was an ' auspcious day ' and asked me to return address 3 days for the same . Inspire of my repeated requests , he did not budge .
The other funny offer he made to me was that you canbuy another fitting now , and still the refund for the earlier stuff won't be made . I will be given a ' voucher ' which I can redeem by buying something of the same amount later .
It was unbelievable , that sitting in a posh place somebody could dare to talk to their customer in this audacious manner !!
Anyways , the foolish fellow didn't realise that he suffered a huge loss as I cancelled my plans to buy a lot of stuff from their and immediately got from another vendor who was actually gracious enough to exchange the stuff .
Being a responsible citizen , I felt it is my duty warn all the customers to be be aware of this
Shady place and shady dealers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!!Their staff is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.They took full payment and It’s been over a week and they haven’t delivered the bath tiles . When you call them their owner hangs up on you or at best misbehaves. When they do send delivery their delivery guys do not even have the courtesy to help you pick up the stuff.If you are looking for tiles or other stuff I would strongly suggest to go to other shops or Bhogal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selected the expensive tile varient and delivered the cheap stuff. When asked they said..... Company Maal change Kar deti hai Hume bhi Pata nahi chalta.
Moreover it has lot of breakage and refused for open delivery of packets.
Really had a bad experience.
Will not recommend.
