★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, kept waiting for delivery of Test Report for more than 2 hours and doctors were having lunch all this time without caring for patients. Staff behaviour not good and management is irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganesh diagnostic for MRI and CT scans and blood tests . It's located at convenient area. CGHS patients are approved to do tests here . It has another center also. It can be crowded at weekends. Outside parking has less space. There are ambulance available too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service compare to other diagnostic. Not able to provide Rt-Pcr report in 24 hrs. Other Like Mahajan, Lal pathlabs etc. they will provide less than 12 hrs.
Customer Representative don't know how to talk, pick up the call and they are doing chit chat in background and put call on hold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction going on in the building without any covers, thus material/water falling down on patients, on the side way. Construction materials like cement etc being carried by labour adjoining Corona test lab, thus exposing patients to cement dust. Waited 45 minutes for sample to be taken as sample collector was missing.

Waiting is too much, no use of taking prior appointment they don’t have enough space at waiting area and facility is worst customer support service is pathetic they just want money nothing else staff. Too much crowded place and so less space for sitting inside waiting area.
