★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, don't know how to talk, irresponsible reception staff, and an ultrasound was completely done in just 1 min., i mean how ? are they doing just because it is in the package ? Never recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in regards to my report. There has been a delay in the results of report. I have been told by the staff that I will get the report very next day. There is no update of the test if same has been conducted or not as I have not get the updates from the customer care . They are not able to trace it down if the test has been done or not. I am really concerned about the results as there has been an unnecessary delay. Or if the test has not been conducted yet or yet to be conducted then what is the authenticity of the report? I have given the blood sample on 23rd morning. What if the test has not been conducted. What if will be conducted now!! 2 days later,!! How authentic will it be?? This is matter of concern and needs to be addressed on top most priority. This is a really important test which is to be done on a particular time period after that there will be no use. This is highly unprofessional.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SRL TO ANYONE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO EVEN GIVE 1 STAR, SO PLZ CONSIDER THIS 1 STAR REVIEW AS THE WORST.
WE BOOKED ONE RT PCR TEST via sample collection from home. SRL had confirmed it for the next morning at 9 am. Next morning post 9:30 am, their executive/technician called up to inform us that "Mam your location is in North Delhi and I am in South Delhi, so I am not coming" Like seriously!!!!
We complained the same to SRL, they were supposed to get back in next 30 mins but we did not hear anything from them. NEVER RECOMMEND SRL TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this centre. Had booked but they don't care about patient and their time. I will stop using srl. With Dr. LAL I never had such problem. They are more responsible. I tried them as I thought of using a new centre. But they don't deserve to get any test

I dont want to give even single 1 Star as they call the patient to come and give resample for the test done and they are not giving the report of the fresh sample collected now ?? And when i called them to get my new resample report, Mr.Aman and Mr. Ravi at Rohini centre Sec 8 said that you have to pay for getting the new resample report??? They both have misguided me and i am not getting any response from the management side.
Never recommend this company to anyone….
Very very disaapointed with the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an appointment a day before test. Staff was helpful and polite. Provided necessary information. Call back service confirmed appointment. On arrival there was no waiting. Test slip was issued immediately. Samples were collected.
Overall environment is clean.
