Reading messages and ignoring them balantly.
We understand you might be overwhelmed but even after 48 hours if you guys cant even pick up calls then that is BAD SERVICE. Atleast keep us posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have anyone received Report from this lab? As their field boy Raj collected samples from us day before yesterday and told us report will come in 48hours.. Now all their numbers are switched off...that time this boy told he will send payment receipt on whats app which he never sent..even not asked for Adhaar card... Its fake.. Some kind of scam is going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ their team doenst reposnd to calls after collecting the sample where you pay full amount and are very rude.
once you have given them sample you have to run after them for reports and after continuous follow up they say you may take refund from lab.
WONT SUGGEST THIS LAB TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst lab in rohini. I don't know how dr pankaj aneja worked with them... 24 hours before sample has taken and still no report and their staff still say it will take 24 to 36 hours of rtpcr report... Worst don't go to this lab
