★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Hindware fans, one of them was used only for 2 months and broke down. After complaining to Hindware customer care no resolution was provided for 10 days even though i was constantly contacting the hindware customer care..
Ganesham on the other hand provided no help at all. When it came to selling the fans they were all making false promises that fan is really good and all of that but didn't really help at all when it broke down. If hindware itself is not helping me then Ganesham should step forward and provide resolution as the fan was bought from their shop but they don't care about the customers and the after sale services at all. Ourdated products, outdated shop and also outdated staff jinki shakal pe humesha 12 bajey rehtey hain. Ghatiya after sale service hai.. koi help nai karta..
Bought products worth of 5 lacs, including android TVs, 4 ACs etc etc.. among them were fans too.. still Ganesham people are not willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experiance . First they charge extra for delivery of inverter ac without intimation whereas other dealer mostly provide free delivery .and then they send unauthorize mechanic for installation after 3 days and also not register my purchasing details on daikin website/Office .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service..I bought items of around 4lacs from this place for my new house. But due to ill fate one of the fans got some problem. My items are in waranty period. So I contacted these people.I got the complaint registered on 29th March. Till date the matter has not been resolved. They could not send company electrican to my place till date..what to say of repair... Don't buy anything from them. Most unreliable.
