★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gangal Motors is one such place in Panvel area where I suppose all MH-46 cars must go for servicing. The employees there are very hard working and trustworthy. Service Advisors do their job with utmost care and responsibility. The entire shop floor is accessible to we owners such that all the servicing activities can be viewed. I would recommend them and give them a 5 stars for their exemplary work and care for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a maruti suzuki celerio zxi 2015 ( MH46AP5549). on 8th july 2021, my car was given for paid service at gangal motors panvel, navi mumbai, maharasthra. some spare parts was replaced like break pad, break disc, first of all i have reqested for old parts to be kept in my car. which was not done. later on when i informed him about the same then they told come and collect your old parts. i recieved old parts next day. i am not satisfied with the servicing of the car. i have informed them about the engine belt nois. the problem is not solved yet. but on job card is declared that the work is done. i have informe them about the vibrations of car. not done. looking for support from your end
Same thing will be communicated to Maruti Suzuki India PVT.

Before visiting i was thinking the service charges will be higher at Gangal. But after visiting at centre, they first give estimate of prices and final bill was below estimate.
The staff is cool and cooperative. Specially thanks to Mr Umesh who was always in touch with me regarding my car service.
The main thing is that the service centre is having team of experienced professionals.
Definitely recommending for car service.
