Once State Bank of Hyderabad, now it has merged and is a part of State Bank of India. But the lethargic service more or less remains the same.

Does not deserve even a single star, staffs are just like parasites, living and surviving on public money and no sense of responsibilities and seriousness towards customer’s plight, branch doesn’t deserve its existence at all.

They have arranged for a token system but there are plenty of faults. 1. Not all services are mentioned in the token list. Hence people end up skipping the token machine. 2. This bank works on bare minimum staff. Hence don't expect a speedy service.

Worst management possible. People are very unprofessional and the queues are not maintained with proper standards. Also the token system is inefficient.

The worst customer service by far i have ever received. It's not even been a month since I have opened a new account in this branch, and I had to visit the bank 6 times for 3 different reasons because apparently the staff here is very inefficient to complete their work at one go. 1. I had to go twice for completing my e-kyc procedure because the staff was on leave and only 1 single person in the bank knows how to complete the e-kyc procedure. 2. For activating net banking for my account because they didn't do it at the first time so I had to go again and remind them to do the same. 3. For changing my registered mobile number because they goofed up in typing the last digit of my mobile number because of which I could not receive any OTP or sms alert. The staff here is very rude and ignorant except the manager who is quite decent and good to talk.
