It's the most pathetic bank I have ever seen. No transaction happens on time and the staff at the panvel branch is never supportive.

Visited branch for Mudra loan. No one is interested in giving basic information. Not ready to give contact person name. Branch manager showed least interest. Very non cooperative.

Overall good bank. Friendly staff. 1 Star deducted for For ATM its frequently offline plus the ATM has 2 split AC and still the temperature is 5 to 10 Celsius more thn ambiance. Another star deducted for few no of ATMs. For eg Axis bank has more thn 3 atm at close proximity where as Overseas has only 1 that too offline frequently thus forced to use another ATM with 3 free transaction limit of RBI this becomes costly affair for card holders.

I went here to update the Aadhar card. The address update normally takes 50 rupees. Chanchal Singh from here took an extra 100 rupees as Aadhar printing.

I went here to update my aadhar details today. For photo and mobile number update i was charged 100 rs and they were asking for extra 100 rs for aadhar printing to which i denied and said i will gey it printed from somewhere else. When i inquired about new enrolment for my 2 year old daughter i was told i will have to get the adhar printing done from there itself by paying extra 100 rs or else i cannot apply for it. This is forceful extraction of money from people and slowing growing into a new scam business.

Charging extra 100 rs. for aadhar card print, even if the print is not required. There's a separate option in the form which asks if we require a print of which the charges are 30 rs. And the lady over there charged 100rs for it. Stop scamming people.

No wonder why PSB Banks are collapsing... The bank employees are very arrogant especially who sits on front desk at passbook Department. Don't know why they talk so rudely as they pretend to be the owners of the bank. Seems like they don't have politeness in there blood, they act like they are the only one who works in this world. They need to learn some manners.
