★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch Manager : Ms. Rashmi Jain is very customer friendly and try to resolve any queries to the best possible extent. Telephone numbers of branch requires updation on the web. Customer friendly branch, other SBI branch should learn how to function with a customer centric approach.

Their manager doesnt respond, clerk feels they are the owner of the bank, teller doesnt count the currency’s prett well. You can only find such employees in SBI.
For a simple loan closure I had to do 3 rounds in a week, wherein another private banks it happems within 3hrs!
Thats the major difference!
Happy that I disassociated with SBI and would no longer suggest anyone to take a loan from tye esteemed state bank of the india (world)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes as all say there are friendly staffs here which help people in everything they ask. And in this pandemic the service is up to the mark as always expected from here. There is sanitizer when u enter the bank and inside they have written rules to follow social distancing and also they have marked seats on where to seat and where not to. But most of the people ignore it here . Rest all was good
