★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Services. I would have rated below 1 if that option was available. Just to provide a simple letting they made me wait for 2 hours. Received the letting after long wait, but they made error, had to wait again. All the staffs go for lunch break at the same time and keep customers waiting, customers have to wait, staffs can't. Bad bad experience. Would NOT recommend IDFC Bank to anyone.
