★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience as compared to other bank ,in other customer treated very well ,but here not have sense to anybody , improper knowledge ,they don't even have knowledge of that bank where they working, because of this illiterate staff ,it directly effect on indusind corporate image.Bank like Indusind very well managed ,but because of these staff they spoiling indusind bank name,I'm totally frustrated from bank staff they don't have any knowledge,they just doing chitchatting that's it.i request to indusind bank supervisor or superior to visit this bank as a customer to check this branch or should take any strict action regarding this branch, otherwise big Name bank like Indusind bank no more days to shutdown or wind off.
Please. take any initiative
And also which provided number when i contact that it shows call ended,
Bank given its customer care number for name purpose only,it never work when we contact on this.
