★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty smelly flats in Neel Sai Ganga near Panvel station . Commercial shops under the building are offered to non-veg hotel, I am OK with that .But they have made chimney outlets inside the building.Being a vegetarian I am fed up of the kebab and meat frying smell coming in my bedroom.
Utterly dissatisfied as I bought a flat for calm and relax location but the grrr sound of exhaust and the kebab and frying pungent smell has left me disturbed.Work from home has become work from hell.
Many more good options available around can be explored.Don't forget to come to the building and take smell in early morning or evening before you purchase anything.
