★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst branch I ever visited in history of HDFC. They are not providing the proper information regarding your loan account. Its been 2 months, I have requested foreclosure letter and still they have not provided it to me. And after getting it they are saying during moratorium period you can not close the account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling HDFC Home loan branches for my existring loan enquiry for closure. No one connected to is properly answering call. All automated call. Generally paople do not understand what they are telling. Cusomer care person is only interested in attending only new loan enquiries.
Panvel branch never picks phone called several times. CAlled to various nos of HDFC , but no responce. Gave missed call to call back but no body called back. Trying from last 10 days . very Poor service or can be said no service from HDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst banking experience at HDFC housing loan
First of all, I lost my PMAY subsidy due to wrong information provided by the agent, due to which I lost 2.5 lacs of subsidy amount
When I went to complaint, they told me that I can avail the subsidy and that I need to resubmit the application, which I did, and after 4 months, my application got rejected!!!
AGAIN this agents provided me incorrect information
This is the most pathetic bank, they make you wait for 2 hours for a small query

Without proper valuation they declare they can't give loan as per market value whereas the branch manager themselves decide everything.....they don't want to work...giving stupid excuses makes others wait for weeks....common people has to run pillar to post as to why the loan was not sanctioned...even if u hv good cibil score they will find out other way to deny loan.
The branch manager is keen to give loan only to top builders n real estate agents.
The service will change once the branch manager gets changed.
Better to approach other banks where rate of interest is less compare to hdfc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband have have a home loan with this branch of hdfc home lone.. I went to for prepayment of my loan on 26th march without asking n telling me they have applied simple interest on prepayment, when i enquired for the extra money she (i guess she was branch manager) asked to fill in the cheque with rs. 4773 extra ..
she could have mentioned when i asked but she didn't ,thats unfair on our side..
I did not expect these kinds of hidden tricks to fool people..
I hope to be more aware next time..
Kindly be aware of such tricks.. Kindly go on 1st of every month if going for prepayment of loans to avoid such unfair means of charges of simple interest.

Very satisfied
But much more improvement needed for sales team.
Most of employees not answering calls even didn’t call back
