★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how they are managing so far with such a bad customer service. You will find hard time reaching them over the call, if you send email then don’t expect reply same day, don’t have online portal where you can keep track of your emi’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please verify your file handling charges when you close your loans. The files before december 2020 shall be charge Rs.708 not Rs.1416 which they ask. Dont give them an extra Rupee if they ask . Just reverify with Seniors or ask some other branches. Their Head office doesnt reply to emails. Their customer service is worst than 1970s ki factory. Highly Corrupt people -They dont know how to talk - The staff is sleepy jaise ghar mila nahi sone ko toh uthke aagaye office mein. The manager himself is tensed how to control the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend this! The employees are arrogant. Go through your bank statement properly! They charge file handling charges before! But asks to repay again! Manager is not very supportive and has very less knowledge according to me!
