★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Problems are solve in a single visit. Branch has two ATMs, one out of two is working efficiently at a time. But, passbook printing machine is not working. So, You need to get the passbook printed from branch Itself.Only DD & cheque payment charges are high as compared to PSB, but customer service is far more better . Only , Had some irritating experience while opening account. Thus, Now we can open new account directing from insta account opening app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at bank and housing loan department. Wait time in weekdays is 30 minutes max. No parking space, need to park on road as per even-odd dates set bu municipal. Or nearest parking spot is besides the flyover bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am already disappointed with this bank even before I start depositing money. I have open online account a month ago, did my video KYC successfully, still they ask me to visit bank & do it again. It's been 20 days I am yet to receive my kit. Their customer service is completely clueless. My email is spammed with their auto generated emails. Better not open their online insta account. The service is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a home loan account with HDFC with this branch. Overall they have a very good team and behaviour except the branch manager lady. I had a complaint regarding the offer sales man offered me but when sanctioning the loan offer get expired. I tried to detail this to the manager but shee seemed very rude and unhelpful. I expect a resolution rather I end up with the argument. She's not at all customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sure cover FD with life cover booked on 15th May by the RM of Heel Empress, New Panvel branch. Account deducted on same date and entry shows deposited in some transitory account. Even after 10 working days no intimation received about policy details or the FD. Either calls are ignored or response received is delay due to shortage of backend manpower. Never ever experienced such service. Simply pathetic. And worse is not knowing who else to contact. No one ever attends the branch phone no. that is listed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited the bank yest 28/4/2022 for banking services... The so cald helpdesk counter executive was clueless abt the query n were juggling my concern to one another. There were 3 ladies Gayatri Maria and Devyani I suppose(wud not like to remember such people's name also)... Didnot hv customer ethics... They were giving negative answer which was aggravating more.
Den I spok to Akshay Bangar who was polite in explaining n made me understand n gave me resolution wid timeframe
N I walked out of the branch smilingly
HDFC panvel branch need to train their helpdesk executive more To be professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy staff. The service is very sub-standard and not at all expected of one of the Nation's leading bank. When I dialed their branch contact numbers, i was routed to the IVR with no option to get connected to an agent. When I went to the branch to complain, I was informed that they had been getting similar complaints from quite a long time and they had already highlighted to their concerned team and it would be rectified shortly!!!!
Now even after 3 years, I am still having the same issue.(called in for a simple query)
